Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all components, hardware, and instruction manuals are placed back in the original, unassembled condition within the factory crates.
Schedule Pickup
Due to the size and weight of our structures, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight carrier pickup from your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
