What materials are used in Yardistry structures?
All Yardistry products are crafted from 100% premium Cedar (Cunninghamia lanceolata) lumber. Cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insects, making it the ideal choice for durable outdoor structures.
How is my order shipped and delivered?
Due to the size and weight of our gazebos and pergolas, items are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and the product will be delivered curbside on a pallet.
Do I need to apply a waterproof sealant to my wood structure?
Our products come pre-stained with a water-based factory stain. To maintain the structural integrity and appearance of the wood, we recommend applying a water-repellent sealant or stain within 3 months of assembly and once per year thereafter.
What is your return policy for large outdoor items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and has not been assembled. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs and a potential restocking fee.
Can your gazebos withstand heavy snow and high winds?
Yes, Yardistry structures are engineered and tested to meet specific snow and wind load ratings. While ratings vary by model, most are designed to withstand snow loads up to 36 lbs per square foot and winds up to 75 mph when properly anchored.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
While Yardistry does not provide direct installation, our products are designed for DIY assembly with comprehensive 3D instructions via the BILT app. We also partner with third-party assembly services in many regions to assist with professional setup.
